Naming Rights

Names submitted in texts shall be of an anonymous state. Only first names can be used to describe a person or character in your story and you agree that all legal names that are identified in your text shall be omitted and altered to protect the identity of the person described within your text.

Shadow Writers have the right to either omit the names of persons described within the text or alter the names described in the text to ensure a level of privacy and security is maintained.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

The content presented on this site is of the views of the writers themselves and has no baring or weight in respect to beliefs or views to that of Shadow Writers, their employees, contractors, freelancers and anyone else in association with the company.

Shadow Writers conforms and complies with all media laws setout in each region of its operation and will not be held liable for the interpretation of the content of any articles written by external parties not in direct association by way of employment or contract by Shadow Writers Pty Ltd.

Interpretation of the online content written by non associations of Shadow Writers Pty Ltd, which includes all articles, papers, and any material of this nature, will be at the liability of the reader in question. Shadow Writers will not be held liable for any damages caused by articles posted on their site unless it is within association of paid employees of the company including contractors and freelancers, and not the general public who post articles of their own subjectivity.
